Superbly sweet and succulent, these semi-dried cherry tomatoes are flavoured with fresh herbs and a touch of garlic and are packed in olive oil.
Use straight from the jar in any recipe that calls for tomatoes; onto pizza, into pasta, served on an antipasto platter, tossed through a bean or grain salad, in casseroles or tagines and with fresh basil and buffalo mozzarella. You can also add the flavoursome oil they are packed in to dressings.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
