The original product in our range - the recipe was a year in the making from Flip's home kitchen, and it paid off. This is a delicious, medium-spiced chorizo. Excellent eaten raw on platters and in sandwiches, but also crispy when fried, great thrown in soups and rice as a spice-packed protein boost.
