This recipe was given to us by Kela, It’s named after her Dad who was vegetarian and loved cooking.
It's a showstopper - simple to make and complements our roasts well.
1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
1 Tablespoon of White Miso
1 Tablespoon Tahini
1/2 teaspoon Marmite (optional)
1 cup of Almond or Soy milk
Stir first four ingredients together with a fork in warm (not hot) fry pan for a couple of minutes then slowly add milk, still stirring.
Once mixed together get sauce boiling and the quickly reduce to simmering.
Stir occasionally until thickened.
