The first of the Grater Goods cheese range, and it's a killer! This is a cashew cheese in the style of a French Boursin. Garlicy, herby and very moreish. This version is a spreadable nut cheesee.  Perfect for plant based platters, grazing tables, cheese boards.  You can also add a little pasta water and make an awesome pasta sauce!.
