Can you deliver to P.O Boxes?
No, we cannot

Are your frozen items shipped frozen?
Yes, all our frozen items are sent frozen with ice packs.

When should I place my order for Christmas?
If you are ordering for Xmas, we recommend placing your order ASAP, and then leaving us a “note” on the checkout page saying “arrive just before xmas” or something similar.
We will then hold off on sending your order, and start dispatching all of our Xmas orders on the 19th of December. Almost all deliveries are an overnight overnight service from Christchurch.

Should I keep my Roast Furkey or Roast Chickun in the fridge or the freezer once it arrives?
Unless you are wanting to cook your Furkey on arrival, we recommend popping it straight into the freezer until you are ready. You can then defrost your Furkey in the fridge overnight.
Once defrosted Furkeys and Chickuns are best cooked and consumed within 7 days.

I live at a rural address, can you still deliver to me?
Yes we can, however we cannot guarantee that products will arrive within 24 hours and this is risky when sending chilled/frozen goods. We recommend using a non-rural (non RD) address if possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. It is your responsibility to keep an eye on the delivery of your items by using the NZ Post link.

Will the courier leave my order if I am not home?
Yes, by default they will leave it unattended. If there Is a specific place they should leave it, please let us know in the order comments when placing your order.

If I order items for delivery now, will they last in the fridge until Christmas?
Yes and no! Most of our items have several weeks on the best before date.
