Cooking your Furkey
To Prepare
Remember to defrost before cooking
Pre-heat oven to 180°. Remove your Furkey from the plastic bag,
coat in oil and place into an oven dish with a lid.
Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of water to the pan, cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, baste well with your glaze and return to the oven and for a further 10 minutes.
Serve with your favourite gravy.
