Cooking your Roast Chickun
To Prepare
Remember to defrost before cooking
Pre-heat oven to 180°. Remove your Chickun from the plastic bag,
Coat in oil and place into an oven dish with a lid.
Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of water to the pan, cover and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, Flip your Chickun, baste with half of your glaze and return to the oven uncovered for 10 minutes.
Remove Flip one more time and coat with the remainder of glaze place in the oven for a further five minutes.
Serve with your favourite sauce or gravy.
